True Alaskan adventure awaits on this unique Denali ATV experience. The Midnight Sun ATV adventure is truly an experience you can only get in the far reaches of the world. Operating just from Early June to Early August, this once-in-a-lifetime tour takes advantage of Alaska’s iconic midnight sun from the late sunsets surrounding the summer solstice. Perfect for experienced or novice riders, you can hop on a single ATV or cruise along with your group in a side-by-side at speeds up to 30 miles per hour. This Denali ATV tour lasts 1.5 hours, covering 10 miles in total, with the orange light of the setting sun illuminating this spectacular landscape. Surrounded by Denali National Park, you’ll have unlimited views of the Alaska Range, Healy Valley, and more.

The Midnight Sun ATV Adventure begins nightly at 9:00 PM with pickup from convenient locations throughout the local area. Upon reaching the guide headquarters, you will be outfitted with safety gear, taught the basics of operating your ATV, and be given a thorough safety briefing to prepare you for your adventure. From here, you’ll hop into your vehicles for 10 miles of rugged Alaska wilderness. Look around at the stunning alpenglow illuminating the Alaska Range and shadows cast in orange light. We offer single ATVs and side-by-sides holding two, three, four, or six guests in total, so you can find the combination that fits every adventurer in your group. After 1.5 hours of zooming or just cruising, your Denali ATV tour ends with convenient drop-off right to the hotel or local spot your guides picked you up from. Ending after 2.5 hours in total, this iconic way to truly see the “Land of the Midnight Sun” books up fast, so reserve your seats early!

How to Book: When booking your Midnight Sun ATV Adventure, rather than selecting the number of guests in your party, please select the number and size of ATVs you would like for your group. Our ATVs range in size from single rider to 6 person vehicles. You will pay a per vehicle fee. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our agents for clarity or to secure your booking!

Minimum Age	All ATV drivers are required to be at least 16 years old and have a valid Driver’s License., Any guest under 16 or without a valid Driver’s License may ride as a passenger in our Side by Side ATVs. Upon request, we can provide car seats for young children., Minimum age requirements to operate the ATVs: Single ATV – 18 (16 with parent approval); Side by Side ATV – 21 (18 with parent approval).
Accessibility	Guests must accept the risks of ATVing by signing the Participant Agreement form, listening closely to the pre-trip safety lecture given by your guide, and following our staff’s instructions., If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the Participant Agreement form or do so prior to the trip., Not recommended for people with back or neck problems and pregnant women.
Cancellation Policy	Cancel up to 14-days before your tour for a refund, less any non-refundable fees., If for any reason the tour is canceled (due to unpermitting weather, for example), or if your cruise ship's schedule changes, you will receive a refund minus any non-refundable fees.

Who can drive?

Answer: Anyone over the age of 18 (16 with parent approval) with a valid driver's license will be able to drive a single atv. For side-by-sides, this is 21 (18 with parent approval) with a valid driver's license to drive.

Is transportation included? Where is the meeting location for this tour?

Answer: Round-trip transportation is included with this trip from a number of local hotels & locations. Exact details will be provided upon booking.

Is this excursion suitable for guests of all ages?

Answer: All ages are welcome to participate. Please let us know if you need a booster seat.

What if I need a restroom stop on the tour?

Answer: There are no restroom facilities on trail, just mother nature! Alert the nearest guide with hand signals and they will direct you to a good area.

Can we see Denali from the trail?

Answer: Unfortunately, due to trail positions along the Alaska Range, Denali is not visible.

Will I get dirty?

Answer: Short answer, yes. How dirty depends on how fast you are driving & weather conditions that day, but ATVs are open to the elements so dress appropriately with close-toed shoes.

How many people per tour?

Answer: We require 2 vehicles per tour, with a max of 12. For larger groups, a middle guide will be provided to keep groups together on tours.

What if I have never been on an ATV before?

Answer: Our guides will take you through a training course before setting off on the trail. If nobody in your party feels comfortable driving after this introduction, you will be place in a side-by-side with another group, or the guide.
