I've never been on a Segway before, is it easy?

Answer: Yes! No experience is necessary. A short training session by the guide helps you become acquainted with your Segway. You’ll be surprised how quickly you get the hang of it!

What should we wear and what is provided?

Answer: This tour operates rain or shine, and rain is common as we lie in a temperate rainforest! It is a good idea to dress in layers, and include a rain or waterproof jacket. Also, for your comfort, sturdy walking shoes are recommended. Don’t forget your camera and sunglasses! You will be provided with a helmet, water and a light snack, a backpack, and a rain poncho (if needed).

What other tours pair well with this one?

Answer: The 3-hour time frame of this tour allows you to book another excursion before or after. We find that the Whale Watching Tour or the Icefield Helicopter Excursion pairs very well with this adventure!

What if our ship is delayed or doesn't make it into port? Refund?

Answer: It's very rare that a ship is delayed into port, but in those cases we will try our best to work with you to reschedule the tour to a later time. If that is not a possibility or your ship doesn't make it into port, we will refund you.
