Accessibility	Our maximum per person weight limit is 300 pounds for the safety of the aircraft and fellow passengers., This tour is rated as 'Easy', though some limited mobility is necessary for entering and exiting the aircraft, but your pilot will be present to provide assistance., Passenger names and weights are required by the FAA for weight and balance calculations and flight manifesting.
Other Restrictions	There is a no bag policy in the aircraft, if you have medical needs that require a carry on, please contact us. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight.
Cancellation Policy	Cancel up to 14-days before your tour for a refund, less any non-refundable fees., If for any reason the tour is canceled (due to unpermitting weather, for example), or if your cruise ship's schedule changes, you will receive a refund minus any non-refundable fees.

How many passengers per plane?

Answer: Each plane can seat up to 10 passengers, provided the weight and balance calculations work out in each aircraft.

What if my tour group is larger than 10 people?

Answer: There are several planes available at the base and can make accommodations for larger groups with advance notice.

Do we land on the glacier?

Answer: Your floatplane will not land on a glacier, but will provide you with the opportunity to see more of Juneau's stunning glaciers than any helicopter tour.

Will we see wildlife on the tour?

Answer: There is a chance wildlife will be seen during your tour. However, this is not a wildlife viewing tour and we cannot guarantee you will see wildlife.

Can children come on the tour?

Answer: Absolutely! We are more than happy to accommodate children of all ages.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer: Please let us know in advance so we can determine if we have proper meal accomodations for you. Grilled Chicken is available in lieu of the Salmon, and we provide many delicious sides as well.

What happens if the weather is too bad to fly?

Answer: If the weather is just not cooperating and the pilots determine that it’s too bad to fly, we’ll do our best to reschedule you to a later time of day that works for you. If you choose not to reschedule or we can’t find a time that works for you, we will refund you.
