Your Whale Watching & Marine Wildlife Tour begins from the Harrigan Centennial Hall in downtown Sitka. Meet your local, knowledgeable guide who will lead you to your departure point a few steps away at Crescent Harbor. You’ll enjoy an unforgettable expedition through Alaska's southeastern waters aboard our 30-foot seaworthy vessel, equipped with both an inside cabin and an aft viewing deck. This setup ensures an intimate experience as we navigate through coves, islands, and search for an array of marine life. Be sure to have your cameras ready for sea lions relaxing on buoys, otters “rafting” together for a nap, a plethora of marine birds, and whale tails as they pass by! This tour is limited to 6 guests, giving it a personal and private feeling as your captain expertly navigates the waters to provide the best wildlife viewing opportunities. Your captain will also be your naturalist and historian, sharing stories and information about these amazing creatures and the history of the first capital of Alaska.

Southeast Alaska is known for rain, and we would never do anything if we stopped for the rain. Please do not let the possibility of rain deter you from booking. Southeast Alaska is at its most beautiful on misty rainy days.
What if our ship is delayed or doesn't make it into port? Refund?
It's very rare that a ship is delayed into port, but in those cases, we will try our best to work with you to reschedule the tour to a later time. If that is not a possibility or your ship doesn't make it into port, we will refund you.
